The cities of Dorval, Beaconsfield and Pointe Claire have joined forces to offer a children’s theatre series entitled Troubadour Theatre.
On Sunday, Jan. 17, at 3 p.m., Merlin l’enchanteur (in French) will be presented by Solaris Productions at Jean XXIII High School Theatre, 1301 Dawson Ave. in Dorval.
Merlin lives in the forest of Brocéliande. He raises young Arthur and accompanies him to Camelot castle upon news of the king’s death. Arthur succeeds his father, Uther Pendragon, when he pulls the sword of Excalibur out of the anvil in which it was wedged. An adventure that will charm an audience of all ages!
Presented by the City of Dorval, this show will delight children 6 to 12 years of age.
Tickets are $5 per person, and are available at the Dorval Library, 1401 Lakeshore Drive, or at the door before the show, as long as space is available.
