Basstock 2008

This is our 5th annual Basstock event where neighbours, friends, family and community members share an evening of music and celebration. Live music performed by 4-5 local bands comprised of community members playing classic rock and classic blues. For example, basstock ends the evening with " The Weight" (the Band 1968). The performances and music are highly entertaining, staged, lighted with professional Sound Production. The stage is located on a front lawn , dancing is in the streets. We will have complimentary samplings of beer provided by a sponsor. BYOB wisely, lawn chairs. Hot Food items will be available for posted donation from a fundraiser tent. There is no charge or fee for Basstock otherwise. Unisex toilet on site.
Bands start to play at 7PM until 11PM. The street is ready for you at 6:30 pm. Last 2 years we had 250 people attend, you can make it 251. August 16 is Basstock 5 and you're invited !
