The West Island Women’s Centre, a Centraide-supported agency, is holding its 13th Annual Silent Auction Wine and Cheese on Friday, Nov, 7.
This fun and entertaining evening will kick off at the Church of the Resurrection (99 Mount Pleasant) in Pointe Claire from 7:30 – 10 p.m. Tickets are $10 per person. There will also be a cash bar and complimentary appetizers, cheese, as well as coffee and tea.
The auction is the West Island Women’s Centre’s most important fundraiser of the year, contributing needed funds to the centre. The event will be hosted by Sharon Hyland of CHOM-FM. The evening will feature a variety of exciting items up for bid -- signed sports memorabilia, Canadiens hockey tickets, gift certificates for local restaurants and merchants, artwork and jewelry -- something for all tastes and budgets!
