Making New Connections - A Program for Immigrant Women Living in the West Island

The West Island Women’s Centre, an agency supported by Centraide, is offering a program for immigrant women living in the West Island.

“Making New Connections” is a free program offered on Tuesdays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. beginning Nov. 4.
New participants are welcome any Tuesday!
Designed specifically for women who have recently arrived in Canada, the program will cover a number of topics including employment, the Quebec school system, health care, transportation, parenting, and activities and services available on the West Island. Participants will receive practical information and share their experiences.
Free childcare for pre-school-aged children will be provided.
