The West Island Palliative Care Residence launches its 1st Annual LOTTERY, the first of its kind on the West Island. For $100 participants can purchase a ticket for the chance to win the grand prize of $10,000, a second prize of $5,000, a third prize of 2 Round-trip air tickets to France and the fourth prize of a 50” HD TV. A maximum of 1,000 tickets will be sold; the odds of winning are 1 in 250. Tickets can be purchased at The West Island Palliative Care Residence, various TD Banks and at Kelly’s Pub. A list of rules and regulations are posted on the website at www.wipcr.ca.
