Deepen your experience of yoga by learning meditation with a natural and effortless technique called Sahaj Samadhi meaning ‘an easy and effortless way to reach the highest state of meditation’.
This workshop is offered in 3 sessions of 2.5 hours each in which participants will receive a personal mantra and learn how to meditate on their own. Once learnt, it can be used anywhere, while sitting at home or even travelling by train or airplane.
This course is designed offered by the Art of Living Foundation as the Art of Meditation Course.
