The West Island Women’s Centre, an agency supported by Centraide, is offering a free 8-week “Creative Self-Discovery” support group for women. Through creative expression and facilitated discussions, participants will explore the different dimensions of the self, including talents, thoughts, emotions, inner resources and perceptions. The group will be facilitated by Kelly Roughton, a certified life coach. Meetings will take place on Monday evenings, beginning on Jan. 28, 2013. Registration is required.
