Bob Pearson, pilot of the Gimli Glider, will talk about that flight at the Jan. 17 meeting of the Montreal Chapter of the Canadian Aviation Historical Society.  Meeting starts at 11 a.m. and is at the Royal Canadian Legion, 365 St. Louis Ave., in Pointe Claire.
