The Beaconsfield Garden Club holds their meetings every second Wednesday of the month. On Feb. 13, 2013, come hear Chris Cloutier present “If a tree falls in the woods…”. He will speak about the identification of native trees as well as rare trees found in the Morgan Arboretum. Chris has been an avid naturalist since early childhood, and currently works as the Interpretive Naturalist at the Morgan Arboretum in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue. His duties include leading educational nature walks and workshops on a wide range of topics including: Insects, Flowers, Trees, Birds, Amphibians, and Ecology. The meeting will take place at the Herb Linder Annex (next to the Beaconsfield Library), 303 Beaconsfield Blvd. Suggested arrival time is 7:00-7:15pm.
