NEW LUXURY CONDO PROJECT PLACE RIVE-BOISÉE BREAKS GROUND IN MONTREAL'S WEST ISLAND
Montreal, July 12, 2010 – MADI International is pleased to announce today that they have commenced construction on Place Rive-Boisée, a new 18-unit luxury condo project at 275 Chemin Rive-Boisée, Pierrefonds, adjacent to a city park with views towards the water.

For a limited time units are being offered at pre-construction prices, which start at $316,297 + taxes. Place Rive-Boisée is scheduled for delivery in summer 2011.
