St. Laurent girl assaulted in laundromat

Station #7

A St. Laurent teenager was shaken up after fending off a sexual aggressor in her neighbourhood laundromat last week.
The girl left her home at about 12:20 p.m. last Thursday and noticed that a man was following her. Since it was the middle of the day, she didn’t think anything of it.
The man followed her into the laundromat on Ouimet St.
While she was putting clothes into the dryer, the man grabbed her from behind and began touching her. She bit his hand. He ran out of the laundromat.
The man is described as being around 30, Asian with short, dark hair.
Police are still investigating.
