Five teens arrested for theft

Station #7

Five teens were arrested after they were seen by a witness and a security camera breaking the window of a car on Nov. 3.
The teens were seen squeezing under a fence around a parking lot on St. Germain St. at about 4:30 p.m. They broke the window of a Volvo SUV and grabbed a few little things from inside the car, such as CDs and cigarettes.
They then split into two groups and ran off.
However, a witness was watching the whole thing and had called police with a description of the teens. They were found on Rochon St. and arrested.
Four of the boys were from St. Laurent and one was from Montreal.
They were charged with breaking and entering and theft.
