A 24-year old Pointe Claire man was charged with drunk driving last week after failing a breathalyzer test.
Montreal Police Constable Leslie Potts said police were on patrol at 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 28 when they noticed a vehicle being driven erratically.
They stopped the car at the corner of Sources and Roger Pilon Blvds.
"It was very clear the driver had consumed alcohol," Potts said adding that not only did he smell of alcohol, his eyes were glassy and he had a 12-pack of beer in the vehicle with three empty beer cans or bottles on the seat or floor of the car.
Potts said the man was arrested after failing the brealthalyzer test.
