Bus driver hit with skateboard

A Montreal Transit Corp. bus driver was injured April 14 when a passenger hit him in the ribs with his skateboard.
A group of students got on the bus near the corner of Meadowbrook and Sherbrooke Sts. in Lachine at about 3:40 p.m., said Montreal Police Constable Martin Desmarais.
“One youth verbally threatened the driver and then hit him in the ribs with his skateboard.”
The bus driver finished his route, but later went to a hospital where he treated for fractured ribs.
