Pierrefonds woman tied up and robbed in Roxboro bar

A 66-year-old woman from Pierrefonds was tied up and robbed at a bar where she was working on Gouin Blvd. near 1st Ave. in Roxboro, Oct. 12. The robbery took place around 2:30 a.m.

Montreal police constable Daniel Maheu said one suspect entered the bar at around 2 a.m. He played on a video lottery machine and drank a beer. When the bar was empty, he went to the women’s washroom. At that point, the second suspect entered the bar. His accomplice exited the washroom and locked the front door.

One suspect grabbed the victim, pushed her head down on the bar, dragged her to a chair and tied her hands telling her, in English, that she wouldn’t be hurt, he just wanted the money. Both suspects are English speaking, white and around 20 years old. One suspect was around 6′ tall, of average build, with black hair and wearing a dark-blue hoodie. The other suspect was around 5’7″, of average build, with a shaved head and blue eyes, wearing black pants and a white jacket. Police are investigating.
