Armed robbery at Dollard des Ormeaux bank

An armed man wearing a ski mask and white gardening gloves robbed a bank in Dollard-des-Ormeaux of a “significant amount” of money on Jan. 19, police say.
Police Constable Chantal Castonguay of Station 4 said they received a 911 call from the bank, near the corner of Sources Blvd. and Roger Pilon St., at 11:04 a.m.
According to witness accounts, the suspect entered the bank and pointed a gun at a teller with his right hand and demanded, in English, that he be given a large amount of cash.
The teller gathered the money and gave it to him. The suspect hid the money inside his hooded, black, winter jacket and fled on foot.
The gunman is described as white, thin, between 5-foot-9 and 6 feet tall and is about 25 years old.
