High winds on Thursday are being blamed for delays and interruption of garbage and recycling collection in Beaconsfield.
The city issued a notice Thursday, saying garbage and recycling collection in parts of the city will be postponed until next Thursday, Feb. 7.
“We ask citizens to kindly collect waste that is scattered on their property,” the statement requested.
Anyone who notices damaged trees or broken branches that must be removed is asked to call the city’s public works department at 514-428-4500.
