Pointe Claire author Sheila Kindellan-Sheehan will be at the West Island Chapters store signing copies of her latest novel, The Courier Wore Shorts, on Saturday, Nov. 16.
This is Kindellan-Sheehan’s seventh novel. It is a mystery based in Montreal that focuses on the beating of a literary agent who is left for dead in her home. The suspects include four authors who recently received rejection notices. The story is set in Montreal, specifically the Plateau area, and includes a few scenes in the West Island.
Kindellan-Sheehan is a three-time bestselling author who has earned a growing following. Prior to its launch earlier this fall, The Courier Wore Shorts was shortlisted by Canada’s leading literary magazine, Quill & Quire, as one of the “most-anticipated” fiction titles to be released this season.
