57 teams compete in Île Bizard tourney

West Island teams sweep medals

West Island teams completed a sweep of the  medals in the under-10 boys division of the Défi Île Bizard  tournament on the weekend.

The Pierrefonds Cobras claimed the gold medal with a 4-1 win over St. Laurent, while Île Bizard took the bronze with a 2-1 win over Lakeshore.

The Dollard Dragons won the U-12 AA boys crown with a 3-2 victory over Monteuil in the final.
A total of 57 teams entered  the two-day tournament.
