Lady Isles split a pair

The John Abbott Lady Islanders (7-6) defeated Collège Lafèche 4-1 in Trois-Rivières on Friday night

The Lady Islanders, coached by Hank Binning, exploded for four goals in the third period.

    Tonia Nucciarone scored the first two goals, before Cassiel Lalande-Lajeunesse added another.  

  Emily Davies scored the fourth Abbott goal on a slap shot from the point.

Lady Isles netminder Sarah Lussier was credited with the win.

On Saturday, the Lady Isles fell 4-1 to Collège Édouard-Montpetit and lost 4-1. 

 Abbey Frazer of Hudson had the lone Abbott marker, a shorthanded effort.
