Edgewater school's Bulow honoured by Home & School

Hans Bulow of Edgewater Elementary School in Pincourt recently won the Quebec Federation of Home and School Associations’ Paterson award for an educator who involves parents in the system.
He succeeded in getting about 120 parent volunteers involved in activities, representing almost half of the 275 families at the school.
“Having parent volunteers really adds a richness to the school,” Bulow said. “Our adage here is that it takes a community to raise a child.”
